global search (unified search) lost accessibility

Hello
the unified seach is input is not accessible, a screen reader (for blind person) reads “Unlabeled 11 button”.
I think I tracked this to the \modules\Home\UnifiedSearchAdvancedForm.tpl

I would beleive that it is line 58

Although I added enter search term but it was not ok.

I do not know how to solve this…
