getting a blank page after setting Security Suite

Hello - I am setting up suitecrm 7.1.2. All was working as expected until I implemented security suite. No I get a blank page whenever I try and save an account, contact, lead, etc.

I created to security groups. Then 3 roles, all, group, owner. Added users to roles. Added accounts and contacts to groups.

I have checked file permissions, did quick repair. I do not see any errors in the sugarcrm.log

Don’t know if it;s releated by I quite some
" PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) crm/data/SugarBean.php on line 369 "
on the server’s error log

Upgrading to 7.1.3 Seems to fix the problem
