Hi, I am trying to incorporate new tech, with traditional sales campaigns (ie. letters, greeting cards). My idea is to mail out greeting cards to a targeted group (aprox 100). The greeting card will have a QR code that points to a landing page. I want to be able to track who from this campaign scanned the QR code.
I have figured out what I think is the correct way to build the url
I’'ve tested and the link works and points to the landing page as expected, however it is not tracking “click-thru” or even “viewed”.
Steps I’ve taken
- created an email campaign as usual with target lists
- created the tracking url
- manually built the url as per above
Is what I’m trying to do possible? If it is, where did I go wrong?
