Firt login wizard

Hello guys, after the clean up of SuiteCRM installer I think that you guys removed the “Firt Login Wizard” for the Administrator, and here you set up something important for other modules like Alinea Sol Reports 7.1.3, because they use a timezone system for their reports, and maybe other modules do the same in Suite, the only way to fix this ATM is to login as administrator, click in your name, click in advanced tab and then save, only that way the timezone for the Administator will be stored in the database.

I know that is something that happens just once in the first install but I think that is important for the system, please check this.

The way to reproduce this is as follows:

1- Install SuiteCRM 7.4.3
2- Install AlineaSol Common Base 1.4
3- Install AlineaSol Reports 7.1.3
4- Go to Reports moule (AlineaSol) and click in Create
5- This error will be logged [FATAL] Exception in Controller: DateTimeZone::__construct(): Unknown or bad timezone ()

My system:
Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS
PHP 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.21 with Suhosin-Patch (cli) (built: Oct 28 2015 01:43:56)
Zend Engine v2.3.0, Copyright © 1998-2012 Zend Technologies
MySQL Ver 5.5.46-0ubuntu0.12.04.2
