Filter on subpanels

I’m having an issue when in the Contacts module, there is a sub panel for Cases related to the specific contact, it show’s only Closed cases, I have tried different files, but cannot located the filter and/or query to remove the filter completely to show all Cases for the specific Contact. Any help would be appreciated!

You can do a subpanel with any query with that sample.
