FIELDS NOT SAVING

I cloned the Lead module to create a new Module. I then created some custom fields, But after adding information and saving. The details dont get saved. Can anyone help

Please detail the exact steps you took to clone the module. Have you checked your sugarcrm.log file after you attempt to save?
