Not out of the box but you could upgrade to the professional version of SecuritySuite which allows this.

I would double check it does what you want before purchasing.

SecuritySuite does via custom group layouts which covers about 99% of the use cases for field restrictions. This means that you can create a custom layout for a group and any user in that group will only see those fields.
