Hi

I am using SuiteCRM 7.1.7, i want to control user wise field access.

While not exactly field level permissions, you can use the Group Layout feature in SecuritySuite to show and/or hide certain fields for your different teams. This works in almost all use cases for field level permissions. Hopefully that is the case for you as well!
