Field Email TEmpalte and PDF

Hi guys i have install a new suiteCRM on a server but i dont know why some field that i create in Email Template and PDF Template are no visible

for sample i create a EMail Template

With the follow field $contact_name $account_name and many other but wen i send a email to that lead the field $account_name NOT display the information that is the company name.

any idea?

Also i create another intance running the same database but still have the problem

The field you would be referring to will not be the main bean of the template. That would be the reason it doesn’t parse the fields.
