We are testing Suitecrm with our company and i have a few questions to ask and hope you can answer it.

Is it possible to set a default value when you create a Log Call? example: I would like to have in status “Outbound” insteed of “Inbound”

When you convert a target into a lead you lost the history. I have to go into the target, clic Edit on the Log Call history and related to Lead (insteed of target). Is it possible to move/copy the history directly when you convert to the lead? (I know it’s possible from Lead to account/contact).

and the last one (at the moment :whistle: ) When you convert a lead to a account/contact, the contact is good but the account is not really finished yet. I have to go into the account and clic save (cause of the “type” in “more information”: prospect by default for me) to see the account. If I dont do that I will be not in my list of account (even if the account is created). Is it possible to put prospect (default for me) in “type” in “more information” when you convert the lead to the account?
