Feedback or advice on customising SuiteCRM

Hi all,
I’m new to this forum, so I’m not sure if this is the correct place to post this.

I am currently customising SuiteCRM to serve as a residential complex management CRM, it’s quite different to your standard company sales and marketing function, I’ve attached an image with the structure and hierarchy of my requirements and the types of modules and customisations I think will work.

I am keen to hear from anyone who can advise and offer insights / corrections on my thought process.

Your mappings in the Modules column looks Good. It is better to create a testing instance to rename modules and also deploy your custom modules made via Module Builder to check any foreseeable issues or limitations.
However the major items to check are the Reports or Any KPIs which are the reason behind developing this system.
