This is a new installation of SuiteCRM via Bitnami on AWS (7.8.3)
While logged into an admin account and modifying (say, manually modifying the user’s password) the screen does not load after submitting, with this error in the log:
[FATAL] Exception in Controller: Error retrieving record. This record may be deleted or you may not be authorized to view it.
I thought this was a permissions issue, but I have done the standard chown/chmod process and it has not fixed the situation.
any thoughts on this?
