Urgent Help needed:

Fatal error: Class ‘AssignGroups’ not found in …/include/utils/LogicHook.php on line 242

We have made a fresh installation of SuiteCRM 7.1.4 because we could not fix this fatal error in our old installation of SuiteCRM.

But now this fatal failure comes up in the fresh installation too.

1.) when we try to upload documents.
2.) when we import tasks from old installation.

If there is no solution, everybody should avoid SuiteCRM and run back to SugarCRM

Please give me a solution or tell me how to reinstall SuiteCRM back to SugarCRM 6.6.18

Do you have access to your server? Can you check if this file exists: /modules/SecurityGroups/AssignGroups.php?
