Failed loading RSS feed

hi i love suitecrm so far. the community has been great and has given me so much. this is regarding rss feed in dashlet.

i subscribed to these two feeds but they fail to load:

• http://www.e2singapore.gov.sg/RSS_Index.aspx
• https://www.nccs.gov.sg/latestnews/rss.xml

appreciate any help given.
