ExternalOAuth Provider popup is a blank page, cant set provider

Hi,

I setup an external OAUTH provider as described here…How to configure a Microsoft OAuth Provider :: SuiteCRM Documentation

I think the next step is to create a OAuth Connection.

However when trying to set the Provider in the OAuth Connection detail view, the popup page that appears is blank - and i cant select the provider.

suite.log has no errors though.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I could set this by typing in the input box, not sure why the popup is still blank
