I recently updated from 7.9.8 to 7.12.
Report option to export was available in 7.12, however it only exported the column names(titles)
I quickly recovered back to 7.9.8 from backups, and now the export option is completely missing from the Actions Tab.
This is a 2 week old production server. It is imperative to be able to access exported csv from reports.

I checked permissions, quick repair rebuild, cleared browser, to no avail.
This is for a large call center. I am hoping to resolve this soon as many agents want to harm me.
I would be grateful for any help. I am desperate.
