Export Customizations of Modules

Version 7.11.9
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

I exported customized modules and imported them via module loader in another instance also going to same version 7.11.9

I noticed the customized modules were not renamed as originally customized. Is there a way to load the customized modules with the new names?

Secondly, can the layout and dashlet also be migrated over?

One option is to copy your entire installation a new folder. Create a backup of you current DB and dump it into a different DB. Then change the configuration into the new created folder.

That way you don’t need to export anything.
