I went the admin>studio and clicked on the “export customisation” button. The result is is tthat all the modules display undefined. See the attached screen cap.
Please help. I am desperate.

This is what i did:
(1) I did as instructed. I amended lone 808 in the file and uploaded but the result is still the same all items are displaying as “undefined”.
(2) I only customized the accounts module for a Label.
(3) Then i went to studio>export customisation and The result is still the same all items are displaying as “undefined”.
(4) I went ahead and exported in anyway and imported into the other site. The Import was successful but there was no change made!
I am using suitecrm version 7.9.4.
I am not a very tech savvy person. Please help.

I am unable attach the php files in this forum. So i have attached the files in a zip file.
I wasted a lot of time in this forum. No one seems to know what to do. In fact no one bothers to reply. I solved my problem by copying the MBPackage and en_us.lang files from version 7.7.9 installation to the latest version 7.9.4 and everything works fine.
The support and upgrade is so disappointing. How do you expect user to evaluate, install and support the open source project. This is not like Joomla or other CMS support. At this level how do you expect me to subscribe to premium support?
This software is full and comprehensive but I am so disappointed that it may go down the tubes if the support and documentation.
Sorry to call a spade a spade.
