Exchange online SMTP doesn't work

I am trying to setup the email with exchange online. Select Microsoft Exchagne, input my office365 email account name and pass word.

Server name: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: TLS

But it doesn’t work. Error:The following From address failed:

Does anybody have the experience on setting exchange online email with Suitecrm?

Did you ever get this resolved? I’m having the same issue. Same results with a Gmail account.

Not working here either. We also have office 365.

Nope. Issue is with my web host (GoDaddy). I can’t send emails from the app.

If anyone solves this let me know, I’m having the same issue trying to get Microsoft exchange working. my settings are right but it doesn’t work.
