Events email - sent from a User instead of System

Is it possible to send an Events email invite for a specified User as opposed to from the System?

I don’t think this is currently configurable, although it should be a pretty simple customization to do.

To work around this, can you simply define the system email as that user’s email? Or is that not convenient in your scenario?

Thanks. I figured it wasn’t configurable.

We can’t change the system user as we have updates from Cases being sent from that email.
