Event notification for multiple employees

Hi

I am looking for a functionality in which if the user selects multiple programs in a multiselect the notification would go to multiple program managers.I tried to do it with workflow but its only working when user select only one option from multiselect. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

Can you provide a screen shot of your workflow?

So when someone clicks immigration the email should go to immigration program manager and when someone clicks women’s health the email should go to its program manager and so on. Its working only for one option one program.
