Error starting suitecrm stack on MacOS

Hi all,

I am trying to install suitecrm 8.2 or 7.12. through the binami Installer on my Mac with Ventura 13.0.

On both cases I get the error “cannot calculate MAC Address: hv_vm_create unknown error 0x00000004 Using fd 16 for I/O notifications” when I click on "start ".

Does anybody know what to do?
