Error retrieving record

Hi,

I have an error when I create a new lead and then after the edit view loaded, I hit “Cancel”.

The error is : "
Error retrieving record. This record may be deleted or you may not be authorized to view it."

Same thing Ajax enabled or disabled.
I do get a additionnal error with ajax enable : “uncaught exception AjaxUI error parsing response”

It’s like if SuiteCRM is not returning me on the right URL (ex: listview of leads).

Any Ideas ?

What version of SuiteCRM are you currently on?

Suite 7.5.2

It’s happening only on new record. I can open-edit-cancel-save existing records and no problems.

Only with this actions : Create new record (Lead) and then “Cancel”.

Ok I just upgraded to 7.5.3 and the problem is gone !!! I don’t know what it was though…
