Error on detail or list view

Hallo,
We have this installation
Version 7.8.6
Sugar Version 6.5.24 (Build 509)

Today, out of the blue, we have a really important problem: when we try to list the elements of any module or
try to see the detail view appears a popup with an error messagge: “There was an error processing your request, please try again at a later time.”
We tried to disable ajax for one of the module (Accounts for example) and now we can see the detail but not the
list, all blank.
Could you please help us?

First, try some repairs from Admin / Repair: the ones mentioning javascript, and the QR & R.

Then check your logs at the time of those errors.

Finally check your browser’s Web console for javascript errors.
