error in email sub-panel when upgrade from 7.8 to 7.9

when i have upgrade my suitecrm from 7.8 to 7.9 then i am getting below issue.

I suppose you already tried a Quick Repair and Rebuild?

the first thing to try next would be to upgrade to 7.9.2 which should be coming out today.

Then if the problem persists, please give some more information - your Operating system, and PHP version.

And does the error happen just entering the view, or do you click anything?
