Error in Contact Creation - Aggregating to an existing contact

Hi,

i have an issue with the contact creation:

whenever i try to add a new contact, it retrieves the information of another existing contact randomly, not saving the data that i’ve just entered.

Console shows a js error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘addEventListener’ of nullVM2149:4 (anonymous function)sugar_grp1.js?v=1076kuGyz1_dm6q9KtNtMQ:441 waitUntilLoaded

Could you please help me?

I’ve searched through these forums and the web, and i’m kind of lost.

any help would be highly appreciated,

Have you installed any custom modules/functionality?

What version of suiteCRM are you using?

Did you have any issues on installation?

i don’t have any custom modules or functionality.

I’m using the latest version: SuiteCRM 7.1.5 Max and the first time i tried to install i did have issues, lots of php errors. I then did a clean install on localhost first, and afterwards transfered to live server and then everything went fine…

do you have any ideas on what could this be?
