Error in adding a new field

Hello,
I need to insert a new field in the Lead Module.
I Try to add a new field from “Studio” and I receive the follow message:

maybe I’m aspected to do someting before …

Hi there,

This is a warning. You need to disable warnings/notices in your php.ini file in your web server and then restart your web server.
