Error Archiving Email

Hi, After installed the plugin, tested OK with Setting…(login). When Archive, an error occurred “Error Archiving Email”. any idea? Thanks

What are you archiving to? Standard or Custom module? Does the email archive, but it just says it failed in the client, or does it fail to archive completely?
