error 404

Hi, I have a problem with outlook pluggin. I have it installed in 2013 and worked with Outllok sugarcrm 6.5.15 and ubuntu 12.02. I’ve updated to version ubuntu sugarcrm 14 and 6.5.17, with no apparent problems. Works well the sugar and I have no problems but now the outlook pluggin not working. I get all the error 404 while That may be happening?
