Error 404 in Jet Mobile

I installed the plugin Jet Mobile for having smartphone access, i installed the plugin without problems, but when i go to the log page, and i try to login, appears a message telling “404 error”
PD: It can’t be a permission problem, (I’ve 777)

Sometimes 777 is too lenient, and specific permissions need to be set.

I would advise contacting the team at JetMobile.
