This is my first message on this forum.
In my workflow, I send automatic emails. And I want these emails to be as beautiful as possible. I saw the Sugarchimp add-on but it is too expensive for me. The template tool inside SuiteCRM only allows us to write text and has only few basic options (bold, italic, fontsize, etc.).
Do you have any solution to my issue ?

I’m pretty sure you can design a beautiful email with the available tools…

Yes.
Or maybe one of those direct HTML options - you build the HTML somewhere else and just put it in there. You’ll have to see if that works well, I hear some people are having problems with that.

And these people, did they develop the HTML integration feature ? I can’t see it in the current interface.
It’s in the documentation link I sent you! Open the “Editor” dropdown and you will see an option “Direct HTML”.
ok just tried to copy-paste HTML from a Mailchimp template. As you said, it looks very bad in the SuiteCRM preview
