Entries Duplicated

Hi,

I have made some changes in SuiteCRM and i think that something it’s wrong.

When i create a new client and save them, after click “Save” appears this message.

“By creating this account may be duplicating the same. You can click Create Account to continue or choose Cancel”

Hello there, before a new record is saved, the system will compare with any existing record and if something similar is found, it will prompt us before saving.

You may safely click the “Create Account” if you are sure the new data input is not a duplication.

It’s weared that it notify that some can be duplicated with all registries.

CRM doesn’t work this way. Cheers.

I’m don’t know how the function works. But certainly that it checks some field to verify if are duplicates. i’m only want to know what field.

Same thing happened to me. How do I turn this off?

Please paste the exact error message so I can search for it in the code.

And tell me if you have a minimum “steps to reproduce” so I can make it happen here. Thanks
