Hi
I am receiving an white/empty page when generating a pdf from a quote. I inspected the suitecrm.log the sugarcrm.log as well as the apache error.log
No error messages are being written.
Any ideas how to tackle this?

Afer upgrading from latest 7.3.x to 7.4 I also got the same problem in this part …/SuiteCRM/index.php?entryPoint=generatePdf
When i reload i got this message" Error retrieving record. This record may be deleted or you may not be authorized to view it"
It’s quite weird, because no error at all at log, can anybody help me on this
is there any way to resolve this matter?

When I reload the empty page, first time still empty page, second reload I get empty page and dialog to save the pdf file.
