I have setup my SMTP server details in the Admin Center Email setup, and a test emails is sent out just fine.
However, when I am trying to send out an email, I am getting error, and the email doesn’t go out.
Need help to fix the issue please.

Are you not able to send emails from the Email module → Compose?
Are you sending email outside the domain email address?
@rsp Yeah I am trying to send emails from the Compose module and receiving people are outside of my domain for prospecting.
It could be that you have some firewall on the server which is blocking it.
Else, your IT team needs to check your email server configuration.
Maybe it is blocking your outbound emails.
If that was the case, the test email would not even be sent.
Do you see any errors in the log file or in browser’s console?
Is it v8.8?
