Here is the thing :
Many of our clients have multiple email addresses … how should I put them into SuiteCRM so that they can be simultaniously emailed when emailing something to an “account” ?
when I put multiple emails into the account record, 1 needs to be set as primary, and when emailing only the primary address gets populated into the “To:” field …
When I put multiple contacts in the account I can’t seem to “sent to all contacts in this account” … or can I ?
So, how should I do this, to be able to email an invoice or a subscription renewal warning (or anything else fot that matter) to all emailaddresses of an account at once ?
I hope someone can tell me more about this …
