can anybody help me with the following. i am adding users but the test mail never reaches me. we are using office365 and i have ticked the ‘external email server’ and it is clear which is the outgoing mail server. still the email doesn’t arrive and therefor i can’t add users. any suggestions of what i might be doing wrong here? thanks in advance,
