Email worflow not working

Hello I have problems with my workflows when sending email, I have configured a workflow to send an email to my new clients after registering.

I checked the workflow in the process audit and it marks me that it runs without problem, but the mail does not arrive.

Also check the mail configuration and make sending tests from the screen and I did not mark any error.

When reviewing the error log I do not find any error related to the mail.

I don’t know what else it could be, maybe some extra mail configuration, someone could help me with some guide or configuration that I have to review.

First of all, enbale the IMAP setting.

After that allow the Less Secure Apps to access your google account.

Finally: Unlock the Google Captcha:- https://accounts.google.com/b/0/DisplayUnlockCaptcha

Yes, it already makes those adjustments in the usnta that I use, the test emails in the configuration are going out and filled but the workflow emails are not, those do not arrive although the crm tells me that if the workflow was executed, In the log I do not find any error, with reference to this there is some other place or file to try where I can find the error.
