So I am using workflow to send email to certain Contacts I just spoke with and send them a follow on email.
I can get workflow to send an email but is there a way to see if the recepient has read the email? Somehow Opened email option is onl;y available on Campaign mode not at individual level.
No, this doesn’t exist.
You can trying achieving the same effect by including some link to a server you control. A typical example would be to use a logo at the bottom, but make a link to an image stored on your website, and add some code to make it specific for that user.
Then you would use the web server analytics or statistics to see if there were requests for that image.
