Email Templates not filling in the data fields

Hello,

Currently running SuiteCRM 7.8.2
Sugar Version 6.5.24 (Build 509)
Running on top a CentOS 7 server.

Under the Admin/Administration menu, I select Inbound Email and have set up a group type auto-reply email.

It is set to automatically create a case, which it does, with absolutely no problem. It is also set to send out a ‘New Case Auto-Reply Template’.

However the email it sends out simply contains the system variables, they do not get replaced, like many other people in this thread have posted.

Attached is a file showing how I have configured the auto-reply, and how the messages that SuiteCRM generates and sends out.
