Email Templates Graphics send not working

I’ve created an email template with a few embedded graphics. They show yo fine in the preview. The graphic is at
http://#########.com/crm10/public/4288b831-1b24-557a-4e45-5e4f042eb11d.jpg and displays normally. WHen I send the email, though, the graphics dont come through. When I view original I see that an = sign was inserted into the url like this: <after 4288b>

Anyone know what I’m talking about?

I always struggle to get the graphics working in email templates. I just gave up. What I normally do is just create a folder like:
mywebsite.com/images and make sure /images is publicly accessible then use images from there and just insert them into email templates as a URL. Seems to work much better than trying to use the SuiteCRM upload file business.
