Email Outbound not working.

I have an smtp relay setup in our environment. We use this successfully from all our ubuntu and windows boxes. We have verified there are no firewall issues.

When I am trying to test sending an email it returns the below. This is holding up our launch. since we cannot reset user passwords without this.

Sorry, where (in which log) are you getting this error?

And what is your SuiteCRM version?

In SuiteCRM latest versions, 7.10, 7.9.14 and 7.8.15, in the “Send test email” buttons, when the sending fails, you find a link to see a “See full SMTP log”, that might help troubleshoot.
