Does anyone have any ideas on an alternative to the current email module. Our main problem is that the formatting changes every time we hit the return. You can not pasted files or pictures into the body. There is no auto fill in the address field, we have 150 users. Currently, the system will not allow you to even attach a file from your computer files. Email is one of the most important parts of any customer interface, so this has become a real serious problem for our company. Was hoping there is an alternative to using the the current email module, yet still be a way to save incoming customer emails and outgoing customer emails.
