Email notifications

Hi Team,

I am very new to Suitecrm, i had few requirements can some one help me on this:

  1. Email Notification (Where do i find the Email notification ) what i mean is when ever i create Account or Opportunity or password reset or user creation, immediately i get the email notification i would like to incorporate some of the parameters for example i have added some additional fields in opportunities i want that should in the email notification like wise for account etc…

  2. Why Email notifications are working without even my cronjob is not running. Please help me to understand what all the cronjob does what all the jobs will run without cronjob.
