Email notifications not working in suitecrm. Please advice.
As already mentioned to you in our private chat, you definitely need to provide more information about your setup/configuration (I mentioned some examples). Without being more specific, we are probably not able to help.
Thanks for the reply. Here below is the workflow to send a mail to new lead created on suiteCRM.
But it is working 10 -15 days ago. but now it is not working.
On the SuiteCRM log file, below error thrown.
" SugarPHPMailer encountered an error: SMTP Error: Could not authenticate."
