Email not sending after first test mail.

During the creation of the campaign, I use to send the test email in order to verify the campaign and HTML template. By the first time, it works fine but after that, all the emails are added to suppress by domain. Please help me how to get rid of this.

If you didn’t specify any domains to avoid, you’re probably just getting blocked because SuiteCRM has a mechanism to prevent duplicate mailings to the same people. So if your list contains the same email twice, it will only get emailed once.

Sometimes as people reuse their Campaigns (thinking it’s a different mailing), they get blocked by this.

The concept that is missing is “Email marketing record”, which connects a campaign to a template, for ONE sending.

The solution would be to start a new Email marketing record. I think you can do it by entering the campaign, launching the Wizard again, and changing the marketing name on the “Marketing” tab. Try it to see if it works. If not, start a brand new Campaign.

Even after first time test. I could not run the campaign to the same list again by clicking launch wizard.
