Email opens/ views are not being tracked for me when I’m testing emails to my outlook and gmail accounts. Clicks and opt-out works fine, only views not working.
From what I understand a tracking pixel should be included in the email, but I don’t see if when I view the source of the email from the TINY editor. I’ve loaded the emails several times in both applications, and just can’t seem to make it work.
Probably doing something wrong, but not sure what.
