Email form workflow.

Hi, Form the cases module (called Jobs) i am trying to set up an email reminder, so 2 days before the “booked in date” the customer will recieve an email remiding them that there is a maintenance man coming to their house.

Am i right thinking a work flow and schedule is the best way? If so i ahve started on a workflow. please see screen shot below.

We keep the customers email address is kept within a field in the cases module, I can not see an option to use this as the address field of the email. Any suggestions?
