I’ve just made the move from SugarCRM to SuiteCRM - I used to create workflow alerts that would send Lead contact information in an email to CRM administrators.
I’ve accomplished creating the workflow in SuiteCRM, however, the emails do not contain the record’s email address in the body. For instance, I try to send $lead_name, $lead_phone_other, and $lead_email1 in the Email template - while the “Name” and “Phone” fields populate, the “Email” field is always empty. Does anyone have any suggestions about getting the Email value to appear?
