Email Configuration on SCRM

Hello All,

I am having a difficulty to configure for outbound email on SCRM.

I configured email settings under admin and could successfully send a test email from there.

But, when I tried to compose an email under the email section, I get an error saying:

‘Error Sending Email. Please contact your administrator for assistance.’

Can anyone please help me with this?

I had a similar problem which was solved setting “Allow users to send emails using the “From” Name and Address as the reply to address” as YES on Inboud Email configuration.
