Email Case creation and Auto-response


  • I have installed the SuiteCRM
  • I have the scheduler running
  • Setup the email to have auto-response email and creation of case from email.

What works:

  • Can send from and receive email on the SuiteCRM system

What is not working:
-When a customer sends an email, the auto-response does not work.

  • The auto creation of case from email does not work.

Please am willing to pay for any assistance.

Did you configure the AOP settings?

Yes, I did.

I saw online not to have both but I have tried it with AOP settings and without.
